The employee apartment buildings are designed to blend in with the surroundings and emphasize the community aspect of the company's neighborhood. They are accessible from the north gate or directly from the campus, and their design is based on that of the office development. The rental apartments follow a similar design principle and involve the flexibility of the entire complex to adapt to the needs of the different tenants.
